Galleri GRISK
Urban & Contemporary
Galleri GRISK is a contemporary art gallery rooted in street art and urban culture, working at the intersection of art, architecture and urban development.
We create and curate ambitious art projects across buildings, public spaces and interior environments.
From site-specific works and artistic commissions to larger cultural projects, urban interventions and festivals.
Working with artists from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and geographies, we bring distinct artistic perspectives into dialogue with architecture, place and people, creating new layers of identity, experience and meaning.
Alongside our public and commissioned projects, we present a curated selection of contemporary artworks for private collectors, companies and institutions.

REFERENCES
Our references reflect a broad and evolving practice that operates across formats, scales, and contexts. From museum exhibitions and site-specific installations to large-scale murals, private commissions, and advisory projects, we work where art meets space, architecture, and people.
Each project is developed with a strong curatorial approach and a clear understanding of context, ensuring both artistic integrity and real-world impact.
Together, these references demonstrate not just what we do, but how we think: adaptable, precise, and committed to creating meaningful, lasting artistic solutions across both public and private domains.

EXHIBITIONS
ESBJERG ART MUSEUM
GADENS MUSEUM – PETER BIRK
In 2025, Galleri GRISK initiated the collaboration between Danish artist Peter Birk and Esbjerg Art Museum, resulting in the solo exhibition Gadens Museum.
For the exhibition, Birk was invited to engage with selected works from the museum’s collection and respond to them through his own artistic practice. Bringing his background in graffiti and street culture into dialogue with the museum’s collection, Birk created new works that explored the meeting between different artistic traditions, generations and contexts.
The exhibition marked a significant step in Birk’s artistic development, while also reflecting Galleri GRISK’s ambition to create new connections between artists, institutions and contemporary culture.
What began with Gadens Museum has since developed into an ongoing collaboration between Galleri GRISK and Esbjerg Art Museum, creating new projects and bringing contemporary art into both the museum and the public realm.
